INTRODUCTION
Khadija-tul-Kubra Welfare Trust (KWT) is a reliable and trustworthy social welfare organization which works round the clock to help the poor, needy and deserving in fulfilling their basic human necessities.
Khadija Tul Kubra Welfare Trust has been named after Hazrat Khadijah رضی اللہ عنہا, the 1st wife of the Holy Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم, urging the Muslims to get inspiration from her welfare services. It also reminds us of how she dedicated her entire wealth and property to the service of Islam and humanity. Despite being a wealthy woman, she herself lived very humbly and spent her wealth generously on the human needs of Muslims and as well as their educational and religious requirements. She used to feed the hungry, provide clothes for the needy, free slaves by fulfilling monetary demands of their masters, and make arrangements for helpless girls who would otherwise be buried alive.
The KWT provides services in more than twelve social and educational domains and uses the contributions of generous donors to educational and social domains with integrity and professionalism.
KWT is carrying out its activities under the auspices of professionals in compliance with Shariah principles along with the national and international laws. KWT has a track record of financial accountability and adhere to the highest ethical standards. KWT publishes regular reports on our activities and finances, ensuring complete transparency to our donors. KWT’s efforts have been recognized by Pakistan Center for Philanthropy PCP, who awarded us gold certification after rigorous scrutiny and due diligence.
OBJECTIVES
COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT
Technical, financial & administrative support to be given to deprived & downtrodden communities, enabling them to become operational with the basic needs of life and self-reliance in economic issues.
EDUCATION RELATED SERVICES
New institutions shall be established on need basis and the existing facilities shall be upgraded through improvement in infrastructure, teaching and training activities with the use of most modern ways and technology.
HEALTHCARE
Primary level health care services shall be established in the targeted communities and the existing health care services shall also be strengthened.
ORPHANS SUPPORT:
Establishment of multiple orphanages (for boys & girls) with guaranteed provision of facilities for orphans such as education, health, mentoring, vocational training along with hygienic food & shelter.
SOCIAL AWARENESS
Provision of Community based education & training services to raise the awareness level.
DISASTER RELIEF
Provision of relief and rehabilitation services to the effected ones in calamities & disasters.

(Qur'an, Surah Al-Maidah: 2) Similarly, the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace said: وَاللهُ فِي عَوْنِ الْعَبْدِ مَا كَانَ الْعَبْدُ فِي عَوْنِ أَخِيهِ “Allah Almighty helps His servant as long as the servant keeps on helping his brother”.
